These policies and procedures are set forth to ensure a professional and family appropriate environment. They are designed to provide a productive, yet fun, working atmosphere. These are the guidelines of conduct for all individuals that are under Seven Rivers Highland Society tent either volunteering or socializing.
Policies
1. If you are volunteering your time for the festival punctuality is greatly appreciated. The other members who will also be volunteering will want to be relieved of their duties. 2. When volunteering in the tent it is asked that you are standing behind the table (or in front) for the public to ask questions and to get information about Sever Rivers. Remember, volunteers are the first impression that the public will get about our organization. 3. There will be NO consumption of alcohol during your shift. 4. Seven Rivers can not allow an individual who is intoxicated to work their scheduled shift. 5. While in or around the festival tent, any vulgar, profane or inappropriate suggestive language and/or actions will not be tolerated. 6. Any question or concerns please contact a Seven Rivers board member.
